As the Restaurant Floor Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and overseeing the daily operations of our dining room. Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct our service team, including servers and hosts
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide world-class service
Assist with inventory management, table layouts, and dining room organization
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the dining floor
Communicate effectively with the management team and provide updates
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
