Join us for the first-ever Mad Brunch at Hong Kong's hottest new rooftop at The Trilogy Wav Rooftop.

We have a selection of brunch favourites from A Spark of Madness Cookbook, like Baklava Granola, 2.0 Spanish Tortilla with Truffle, Cornbread with Jalapeno, Seared Halloumi Salad and Halal Guy (Mock) Chicken & Rice. Served along with free-flow Aperol Spritz, wine and your favourite bevvies. 

We also have three live stations on the rooftop for you to enjoy.

Rain Contingency // we are all a little fed-up with the constant rain and are hopeful of clear skies soon but incase it does rain we have a back-up plan to move the event indoors! 

Dietary Restrictions // this is a vegetarian menu, there are some vegan and dairy-free dishes but we won’t be able to modify all the dishes.
